A brand new oasis, seamlessly integrated into existing property.
The Pine Valley Cabana project, initially conceptualized seven years ago, evolved from a traditional backyard upgrade into a major structural development. The client envisioned a high-end cabana with all the amenities and finishes of a luxury home, designed to enhance the property’s value and create a sophisticated outdoor living space. This unique 1,300 square-foot structure demanded complex mechanical, plumbing, and architectural components comparable to a 4,000 square-foot residence.
Our approach emphasized precise project planning, strong team coordination, and strict adherence to the client’s vision.
The backyard space required complete restructuring, including dismantling existing structures and clearing room for the new design. Given the property layout, construction equipment needed to be craned over the house and moved strategically across the site. Additionally, work was restricted to specific hours, increasing the need for careful scheduling.
The cabana features full integration with the main home’s existing systems, including plumbing, sanitation, security, and sound. As the property had challenging topography, this integration required extensive coordination and added site work, such as retaining walls and level adjustments.
